Review of my new drop in barrel (pics to come)

Wow I must say I didn't expect this barrel to change my shooting so noticeably. I went from a 7 or 8 inch grouping to about 5-6 inches with a few strays due to anticipating the recoil I think and just purely the fact that I don't have a steady hand yet. This is only my 3rd time shooting any type gun and i was very happy with my results.

The only issues I had today was one of my WWB rounds fired and the shell was stuck into the barrel after the round was fired. I didn't know what to do because I was almost 100% sure the round fired but I started to second guess myself. The magazine was jammed and the slide was locked back and it looked as though the next round was partially in place to go in the chamber, so I called over the guy running the range for the day and he cleared it for me.

Then I had another round that would not seat correctly the slide did not return back fully but it was definitely just that round I mixed it in randomly with my next magazine and it didn't work that time either so it was def just a goofy round or something. I'm not sure if these problems were caused by the new barrel and guide rod or if it was just faulty ammo.

I'm no expert on shooting so my review may not mean much but this product has made me very happy with a very noticeable improvement in my shooting and it makes my gun look much nicer.

Glad your groups improved. You may be limp-wristing the gun a bit. Make sure you do some searches and learn the proper auto-grip. You need to have a solid grip in order for the gun to extract the round and feed a new one.

Keep practicing!
