Another good purchase.
Ordered the 24# spring and some gunbutter the other day, got it (like usual) in just 48hrs from the time of purchasing. Took the XD40 out to the range today and I must say I like the 24# the best. Feels solid and keeps the muzzle rise from being very high at all. As far as the gunbutter goes, works well and kept everything running smooth. Also got the Pachmyer grips tightened a bit, seems I had them riding too high on the grip, thus causing slipping. Now that they're a bit lower, works like a champ to!
Thanks again for the great service Old School, Matthew

Oh, and just a heads up to anybody else getting Gunbutter, use sparingly, very sparingly, a very very little bit goes a very very long way, otherwise carry a rag with you at the range so you can wipe the gun down when the excess sprays out

I reapply Gun Butter during every third cleaning. The stuff stays put and there is no need to wipe it off as dirt and grime don't adhere to it. As for going a long way, you should be able to get 50,000 rounds through a bottle. I have 5,000 through mine and there is plenty left!
