My thoughts on Pistol-Gear

I bought my XD9 less than 2 weeks ago and before i had the chance to shoot I ordered a few items from Pistol-Gear.com. I was very impressed with the extremely fast shipping and the great service i recieved. I sent a few private messages to Old School and he responded to all of them very quickly. Im a newbie to the semi-auto handgun world and because of his responses i felt much more comfortable ordering.

Now, im pretty skeptical about ordering on the internet because i know the ins and outs of internet sales and how easy it is for a company to scam you. I do all the sales for 3 internet retailers and i own a internet forum and let me tell you, ive seen it all with my competitors. Horrible service, slow shipping, and its rare that emails get answered. I like to think that my operation runs very smooth and our customer service is great. To be able to order from a place that is like-business minded and puts the customer first ,makes it that much easier to spend my money there.
Thanks Pistol-Gear.com, you now have a customer for life.
Justin

Wow, thank you for the kind word.

We have worked hard to make the browsing & buying process very simple and safe. New products come on to the market each day, so we will continue to grow and so too will our need to better our store and processes. If you, or others, have any thoughts on how we can better your shopping experience, please let us know.

Thank you again for sharing your thoughts and we are honored to have you as a Pistol-Gear customer.

Regards,
Scott

I must agree.

I ordered a guide rod and spring combo from pistol-gear and received them within a few days (only 1 state away). After having some issues with the gun after adding the new spring Old-School responded promptly in a back-and-forth fashion with me on this forum in my range report thread to help me choose the right spring. I placed an order that night and I'm sure it will show up tonight or tomorrow.

Expect future purchases on my behalf.

I honestly don't think I've had a more pleasant and easy transaction from an online business. I know that sounds sappy, but it's true.

Keep up the great work!
