Hi Jason, try this link... it should explain in detail what you're looking for:
http://www.xd-hs2000.com/disassembly/disassembly.html

Also, make sure to have a couple of steel or brass punches, a flathead screwdriver and a pair of needlenose pliers to make your job easier. Shouldnt' be difficult once you understand what you're doing, but James' instructions are great.

Hope this helps!

Ya see? Wasn't all that bad, was it?
Let us know what you think about them after the range.

I initially installed all of them but reverted the striker-related ones back to stock as I was having problems with the slide failing to cycle properly, causing FTE's. Left the Trigger/Sear group in and never looked back after that!

I put 150 rounds down range last night and only 1 FTE. i would like to shoot it some more before i switch and spring out. if i do, was it the long spring , the short spring or did you change both back to fix your FTE problem?

The long spring, the striker spring, is factory weight.

So leave the striker spring alone and change the small spring back to factory? also the trigger pull is perfect, just what i was looking for. thanks

The trigger and Sear spring will give you the most bang for the buck. The other two are icing on the cake; good spares to have on hand for those times when something breaks.

Spring kit

Put mine in the other day and hit the range. I love the new feel! Doubles are much nicer now! I think I will put off buying the trigger bar for now. Also did not use the other two springs - as suggested just put away for back-ups.
