update on conversion barrel

Just wondering when is the expected release date for your conversion barrels. I am real iinterested in a 9mm conversion for my 40 Tac.

Once we release our 40SW barrels, we will start on the conversions, first with the .357SIG, then the 9x19. This process is slow since we are checking things along the way. At this point, we are targeting September.

Great. I'm looking forward to getting one, probably both.

I'm really glad that the standard of quality is high. Although I can't help but feel like a kid waiting to open presents on Christmas. Guess I'll be moving the date on the calendar one more month back again

Will you be making the 9MM drop in conversion barrels for the Sub Compact XD40?

It's September... Any word on the 9mm conversion barrels? And for that matter... 18# springs for the Service Model DGR?

It is September. We just finalized the 45ACP barrels this week. This process is a long process. Our dates are being pushed out because we are being tough on the final design. All I can tell you at this point is that they will be out as soon as we feel they will deliver the intended result.

As for the spring, they are in stock. Will need to check the inventory.

Lemme ask you this, what is the difference in accuracy with your barrels vs. the factory barrel?

Also, do you plan to offer a polished version at any point?

All of our barrels are stainless steel. Unlike they stock barrels which are coated carbon steel barrels. For this reason, a DIY polish job is a 5 minute process. The hood area is polished to a mirror-like finish.

As for accuracy, I can only tell you what we have seen through our testing. With all ammo tested, both our drop-in and match barrels were more accurate than the stock barrel. Of course the fitted match barrel is the most accurate option. A few dozen folks have purchased our drop-in barrels and I would encourage them to post their finding.
