You guys rock! Your level of service is without a doubt, one of the best, if not the best in the industry and the constant communication with your customers is just comforting!
I will definitely be placing an order for magazines to go with my 9mm conversion barrel very soon. P.S. The reason I didn't ordered my two conversion barrels from pistolgear is that they show out of stock on the website and it wasn't until Old_School posted that they did had a .357sig in stock that I realized I coul get them from you guys too... But by then I had placed my order directly with EFK. By the way the folks at EFK are also a wonderful team that went above and beyond their duty to fulfill my order of two conversion barrels for my XD. Way to go guys! |

PistolGear Status
It's usually the unsatisfied customers that you hear from in business. Those who have had steady, high quality, good service rarely speak up. I did post comments, on my first couple of PG orders, but since then, it's just been more of the same so there was almost no point in posting another "PG rules" message.
However, I felt that I should speak up now because PG is by far the best online site I have ever ordered from -- bar none. Immediate feedback, fast shipping, no errors, free patches I sort out incoming email by using Outlook "message rules" and I never delete the "pending orders folder." So I counted all the pistolgear orders for the past year. Fourteen orders. NO complaints. So let this email be 14 "thanks" for the great service and I'm glad to have supported a site that appreciates the business and cares about its customers. Thank you very much, Scott, for the quality each and every time. Steve EDIT: Oops-- didnt mean to reply. Meant for this to be a new thread. Sorry for stomping on watto's post. |

Thanks, Steve. As I have said in other threads, there are times when we make errors, usually during a rush in order to get things out the door before the Post Office arrives for the daily pick up. The one thing that our customers can count on is that we will do the best we can to meet/exceed their expectations.
