Why no high cap magazines to Delaware?

In your info section you say you will not ship 16 round mags to Delaware?? Any reason? Delaware does not have a law prohibiting high caps. Now we do are close to New Jersey and a bit farther from New York, but please, do not put Delaware in the same catagory as them. I'm interesting to purchasing a 16 round SC mag. Waiting for your answer. Thanks in advance.

The 16 round mags with sleeves are currently out of stock.

As for not shipping to DE, we will need to research this further. It was added to our list and many retailers are also restricting mags to just 10 to DE. Did the law there recently change?

Law hasn't changed since sunset. All stores in area sell all types of hi cap
pistol, rifle mags.

There is no law in Delaware on hi-cap magazines. State Troop 3 can confirm this. You can have drum clips for rifles if you wanted. Take care!

OK. We have removed the reference regarding Delaware, since we have been unable to verify any restrictions at this time.
