Insight X2L

Scott,

Just curious when you think you'll be getting a shipment X2L's in?

Thanks,

Wes

You seem to have the best price I can find on the X2L but I'd really like the option of laser only mode. Could you get a good deal on the M6X as well or is the TLR-2 the only other light/laser option you plan to offer?

I'm leaning away from the TLR-2 based mostly on a very bad review of their locking mechanism by my local range owner (who also sells the TLR but for a lot more $ than you do). He claimed the set screw chews up rails and that he has seen several cases of the screw vibrating loose durring fire and on occasion the light just falling off because of this. He said it was an excelent light if you wanted to attach it, locktight the screw and leave it on; but a poor design if you planned on taking it off and putting it back on much (as I would do weekly to compete in a pistol league). Can you adress any or all of these concerns? I assume since you carry it, you must have a good deal of faith in the product.

I have not heard anything like that about the TLR-2. It is still a rather new product. Perhaps some here on the board can share their experience with the light.

As for the M6X, we don't stock the light. We can get it, however.

I just got back from the range where I shot about 200 rds with the TLR-2 screwed on finger tight to my XD9 service. I checked the screw occasioanlly and never found it loose.

Scott,

Today I got the email stating the XL2's were in stock, however the website says it is still out of stock. Did I miss the window or do you have any left?

Thanks,

Wes

Sadly, we received just a few an they all sold within 15 minutes. I am sorry. For whatever, they are in low supply. I hope to get more in towards the end of next week.
