Does the tactical model 5186 also fit the 45ACP Tactical? I'm assuming it does since it's just a tad bigger overall than the 40 Tac...

The XD45ACP will fit the 5186 just fine.

I placed an order for one tonight along with the Blade-Tech dual mag pouch. I put a note in with the order..

I saw the note. The Dual/Quad Pouch will not work with the 45ACP mags; they are too wide.

Does Safariland make a different 5186 holster for the XD Service? If not, will a Service fit in the one for the Tactical?

Not yet. The Service model will fit the Tactical holster, however. We do have the Blade-Tech holster for the Service model in stock.
