Glock Laser/Light Combo

Well, I was going to ask if it would mount to an XD rail, but I see on the picture that is what it is mounted on. So here's my next question.

How does it compare to the X2L in terms of size and brightness? I am considering getting a light or a laser/light combo pretty soon (Birthday is coming up!!) and I want to know from folks who have used either one or both of these and how they like it. I may decide to forego the laser option and get either the X2 or the XML. They're priced relatively the same. What's the difference? The X2 looks a little smaller, but is the brightness the same?

The X2L is more compact. They are roughly the same in brightness. The biggest difference is the X2L does not allow you to use just the laser. The light goes on too.

Thanks Old School.

I guess that decides it. I would want to use only the laser at the range just to save battery life, and it is a bit cheaper. I even like the looks of it a little better. Do you know when you will have more in stock? I need to let the wife know when to order!!

I hope to get more next week. You can go to the site and ask to be notifited via e-mail when they are entered into stock. That is the best thing to do.
