I dropped the meat at the butcher yesterday afternoon.
I'm going to have a few roasts made up and the rest into breakfast sausage. I'll probably give some of that to the neighbors. My guess is I'll get about thirty or forty pounds of meat from what I took. I'll let ya'll know how tasty it is when I get it back early next week!
