Pics of my new custom Springerized XD
Well, it finally arrived. My new XD .45 service from Springer. This is my 8th or 9th XD and this one is EASILY my instant favorite.
Specs: XD .45 service Springer Combat/ Carry Trigger Dawson sights (Fiber-optic front, target rear) Extended mag release XD Guys extended slide release Factory clean-up Snakeskin grip stippling and complete refinishing on frame, slide and other small parts. I also had Scott do the black IonBond coating on 4 of my carry mags. Of course, we polished the barrel, feedramp and the end of the GR, but that's not done in these pics I have to say- the pics just don't do this gun justice. It looks SOOO nice in person. Here's the pics:

Looks good. I can't say that the color is my favorite, but all in all it looks great.

That looks like a great setup! There aren't many stippling jobs that I like, but that looks great!
