judging from the garb they are wearing, I would assume some part of the middle east. Probably military police cracking down on civilian weapons and such.

My uncle used to work at an incinerator plant, and he said the MD state police would bring in pallets of all sorts of guns from the state buy back program to be melted down. He said he saw some antiques that had to be worth at least a couple thousand each.
