I stopped by a while back and I thought I posted a reply but looks like I didn't! Looks good man let me know how that finish holds up to the triple taps!

I am hoping like a dog for next weekend!!! yay! I have only shot it once since putting in the Powder River mod. I want to see how well it holds up as well.. and learn my new trigger at the same time

as soon as I get to go shooting my 45, I will then be doing my Saiga.. have to take it out 1 more time before it goes on a 3 week out of service call. TacoMalo.. I am thinking of Black,Gray,Green tiger stripe.. kind of like the Advanced Tiger Stripe on Duracoat's website.... Let me know what ya think of it.. or wait till I do it to mine and then your Saiga will be next if you are done with the work you are doing to it. I am saving the XD9SC for last.. as I am still trying to figure out color patterning for it...

I know it may be old school but how about the old green,brown,and black cammo scheme? I think that would look good on a sub compact xd basically the former army camo before they took out the black and digitized the pattern. hell if i didnt have a bi-tone service i'd be tempted to do it myself. I think it would definately look better on a sub compact than a service or tactical version.

Since it is my wife's, she is not a camo person. The XD9SC is going to be some pattern of tye-dye, swirls stuff.

tye dye?

have you thought about pink (or whatever her favourite colour is) instead? tiger stripe is one thing.....but personally i cant really picture a tye dyed swirlied up weapon
