First gun!
Just got it, haven't even had time to shoot it yet
 Should probably clean it first. Anyone have any cleaning tips, this is my first gun ever.  |

Maintenance Tips for a Springfield XD 9mm Handgun | ExpertVillage Videos It is a series of videos (on the XD9 subcompact but should be exactly the same). It will show you how to field strip, clean and reassemble. Go buy Breakfree CLP and Hoppes no. 9 from Walmart with some cleaning patches (about $10-15 bucks for all). Then you're good to go.
