Pistolgrear usually get's them back in fairly quickly. They are easy to install. They replace the baseplate on the magazine.

I bought mine on eBay.
Pearce Grip, Springfield Armory XD Grip Extension (NIB) - eBay (item 360039635177 end time May-03-08 10:52:07 PDT)

Pair of Pearce Grip Extension Springfield XD (+0) - eBay (item 300213329791 end time May-03-08 18:41:19 PDT)
Second one is who I bought mine from.

Or
Pearce Grip - Springfield XD Extensions and Base Pads, 9mm and 40 SW -
has them in stock.
Or
TheGunSource: PEARCE PGXD GRIP EXTENSION XD NON45
Very simple to install.

Brother there was a time I didn't know how to disassemble a mag.
Don't feel stupid, most of us are here to learn.

Don't ever hesitate to ask a question here.....
