Current weapons quick reviews:
H&K P30 9mm - My new love, I can't say anything bad about it. It is just a great gun in every way. I will use this guy for a LONG time, and if I ever do change it, I will replace it with a new HK!
S&W Model 60 .357/.38 - Really like this classic. It's popular and I know exactly why. It does exactly what you expect it to, every time. I planned on using it for the pocket/light clothes gun but I'm really starting to like the XD, reasons listed below!
Springfield XD-9 Sub-Compact - Traded the XD originally because it would be easier to sell than my Glock 22. But darn it if I'm not slowly falling for it. It is really a nice pistol. It's a block so it doesn't dig into my back like the chamber of the revolver does when inside my wasteband in the small of my back.
Browning BuckMark with Red Dot - My dad has a ruger hunter, I needed to be able to keep up with him if not out shoot him. Red dot plus browning = AWESOME combo. Can't beat it for quality and price combo.
Past:
Sig Sauer Mosquito .22LR - This thing started out nice but slowly degraded to shoot, jam, clear, rack shoot. It didn't like any ammo and shot better completely dry than it did clean and lubed to all hell. Frustrating pistol, would never buy again, but would definately buy a different Sig. I don't hold this one against them and look forward to another Sig down the road sometime.
Glock Model 22 .40 S&W - It's a glock, a lot like the S&W it does exactly what you expect every time. Main reason for getting rid of is just the caliber. I am not a .40 caliber or larger guy I guess. I shoot .38 specials out of my S&W for this reason. The HK was a neat gun and in the caliber I liked. If I got the Glock 19 for my first large bore pistol I would still have that and there would be no HK "sadly" so I'm glad I went through this one. You live and you learn!
I will probably own the SW and the HK for the rest of my life. Might upgrade BuckMark to a long barrel verson later, and I am still undecided on the XD-9 as I just got it today.
Hope you enjoyed!
