New XD-45 ACP Bi-Tone Tacticle

Just bought it today, have to wait till next saturday to pick it up. I did get to shoot it though because I bought it at the range. Paid $639 for it and it came with an extra mag, and the required MD state lock (provided springfield lock is not MD compliant). I shot a box of rounds through it and it was flawless, aim was amazing and felt great with the nice picture you get with the 5". I've always rented the 4" service models.

I certainly find mine to be a lifetime keeper. It points very naturally and just all around feels great in the hand. I'm always amazed at how good the tactical can make my targets look at the range. Congrats on a fine purchase!

I think someone else posted that Maryland keeps the "first-shot" shell case that comes with every XD for forensics purposes. Evo - you'll have to confirm that when you take delivery.

its true about the casings. New York is the only other state as far as I know that requires factory fired and sealed casings. The date on the casing bag shows when it left the factory, mine was February 7th, 2008

Sweet gun indeed Evo...............

I don't use any of that extra stuff that came with my XDs.
Lock, holster, mag pouch, brush, and certainly not the crappy mag loader.
But I'm too weird to trash it.

+1 Brother.
With my CHL (CCW to some of you), I can walk in, pick it out, pay for it and take her home in 10 minutes or less.
GOD BLESS TEXAS.
