Seeing the rotty reminded me of this haha:
A burglar broke into a house one night. His ear is 'broke' because my old dog Joplin got him before she passed. He's missing half of his bottom teeth on the right side due to being shot in the face by a police officer who shouldn't be allowed to be an LEO much less carry a gun. But it still never hindered his kindness towards people. He's just a little wary of uniformed people and pistols, but still friendly to everybody.
