how can i spost pics. at the bottom under post rules it says You may not post attachments. does any one know. thanks

You need to use Photobucket or some other external site to post pictures. And then in a post or reply, you will see the "Insert Image" button which will allow you to copy the Photobucket link to your pictures. If you have donated and have an XDTalk membership, then I believe you can post/store pictures on the actually XDTalk server.

It's there, but it cannot be used.

One must upload pix to a host and then ref
them as Mikey has shown.
