nope --its a right outta the box bi-tone ...I did give it a good cleaning with Flits (I think thats the name/correct spelling) ---

so how does the Ruger shoot? I've heard tons in anticipation of their release. Too bad it's not allowed in my damn state.

what makes it not california compliant, no lci?

My guess is that since it's new, it either A) hasn't had enough time to pass all of the CA safety testing requirements (dropping, hitting, etc) or B) it doesn't yet come with limited capacity mags or C) the fact that it's a gun makes it non-CA compliant.

It's got a LCI, mag disconnect and a 10rd version...not sure what the deal is with Kali.
