I couldn't take it any more. The more I looked at this p3AT, the more it screamed "BUY ME!!"
So I did. I paid $311 (tax included) out the door for a New-In-Box Gen 2 with a Don Hume pocket holster and a belt clip. I put 50 rds through it so far, including 7 Cor-Bon DPX. No hiccups at all and the groups were pretty good once I got used to the small grip. I plan on putting finger extension on it, getting another magazine and putting a LOT more rounds through it in the near future, but so far I am really pleased with it. Here are a few pics with my XD-40 Service. Notice the size difference in the ammo. ![]() ![]()

Nice purchase. I also have a 2nd Gen P3AT JBxxx. So far I put 100 rds through it with 2 failure to fire. I got some feedback on the problem and it was stated that I might have been short stroking the trigger during the course of fire. The primers were dented but not hard enough to discharge the round. No fluff and buff needed on mine.
The P3AT is definitely a beast. |

Congrats! I have three of their pocket toys. Good luck with it!
Note: Practice with one-handed technique as this will be the most likely scneraio that you will have in an encounter with these little guys... -Fyr

Congrats!
When someone calls my Kel-Tec P3AT a P shooter, I tell them they can feel free to walk in front of me while I'm firing it. |

Very nice! I was looking at one of these in the store a few weeks back. Nice punch for a gun that size. They also have a very affordable price. From what I hear they are very concealable as well.
Good deal man. --RuffRidr |
