LOL, well, that was my first time at the track so I didn't do too great. I have a stock engine and ran a 12.8 @ 112 in the quarter. Some of the more experienced riders were down into the upper 11's on a stock engine.

Nice. That's about what I've seen at the tracks... most of the v-rods are stock but w/ pipes are running high 11's. That just gives you an excuse to go back to the track and try again

Buzz, I am very sorry you lost your legs but the bike didn't do it anymore than a gun kills anybody. Somebody make a mistake somewhere.

There is a very large community of wheelchair bikers. I think they are called "The Brotherhood of the Third Wheel" or something like that.

They are very supportive and help bikers get back on a bike if they want.
I am from Springfield Mo and I remember 40 years ago there was a old fella that had a side car rig for his wheel chair. Now days there are many options.
