although not necessary by any means you can get an aluminum magazine plug that is black to replace the plastic orange which makes them look even more cooler but in low light conditions orange is good to make sure it is loaded or to see if your empty.

from sigma to m&p

hi there,
haven't you noticed that the new m&p is just left overs from the now discontinued sigma handgun. correct me if i'm wrong but look at the trigger, same as the sigma. i think they just made the gun different but the basic sigma is still there. anyway, you're still lucky to have one, here in the philippines its cost around P55,000 pesos, roughly $600 unit only

The Sigma and M&P are two totally different guns. I consider the M&P to be quality and I believe that most people will agree with me.

When the M&P 9mm comes out in a long slide, I will get one.

Do some more research. Your highly misinformed. The M&P is in no way a sigma. Its a new gun from the ground up and has gained a following the sigma never will. S&W got it right this time.

Way off!!! The M&P s nothing like the SIGMA. Not even the trigger. The M&P has alot better ergonomics, no chinsy plastic guide rod, interchangable backstraps, tight fit, very acurate, and a great competition pistol.

This pistol infact, puts the sigma to shame, and doesn't have the slightest similarity to it.

just get out and shoot one, you will see what i mean.

P.S.- ill try and get better pics up tommorow.

nuj,
I got mine for only P49,000. just wondered how much tax i paid for it which explained the value difference in $. The box includes only 2 17-mags and 2 extra palm swells. how i wished they will give the freebies such as the range bag and an extra 10-mag it could have been sweet.
