I think he is a small game exterminator. I may not be certain, but the visor is their staple head wear. They where visor in order to scratch their head while think, "Why didn't I finish the 8th grade? I am tired of hunting squirrels."

Nice gloves buddy. Seriously, who the eff takes fake plants and puts them all over your gun and person? Is he planning to shoot from a huge ivy plant? There is absolutely no way he was in the military was a sniper. Those guys use ghillie suits and stuff like that, not cheap, fake plants from Michaels.
Who wears a visor backwards while shooting? Green basketball shorts and a green tank top? Judast priest.
