Howdy guys, just thought I'd post some pics I took last night of some custom 1911's I have sitting in the safe.

Here is a custom that my father and I built about 4 years ago. It's built using all Ed Brown parts. Started in 357sig but could never get that bottle necked case to feed right in the gun so called Ed Brown up and he send us a 40S&W right out. It's a great gun and has been since. We also did the durocoat on the frame (green).

And here is what I ran in IDPA it's a custom 10mm that my father built years ago to run in IPSC and never got to because they went to double stacks....so we put a 40 barrel in it, built on a nickel plated caspian frame and slide....

and the last is a custom 10mm that my father built in a 6 inch slide with all ed brown parts to use as a high performance target or hunting gun.

I am chomping at the bit to build a longslide 10MM nice pieces very nice.

That 10mm Longslide is sweet. Are there any factory guns available in 10mm Longslide configuration? And I'm not interested in Glocks.

Just saw a Delta Elite up for auction. $1000 bid hadn't met the reserve yet.

I can't think of any 6in 10mm guns on the market off the top of my head. I'm sure Ed Brown could built you one it you wanted. You could also fit a 10mm longslide on any good frame....

Now the shiny gun I just slapped delta grips on them cause I really liked the way they feel for my comp gun.
