Little fuzzy, but pretty dynamic picture. That was at the end of a long course of fire (notice 4 mags missing on the belt), hammering 4 partial targets at 5 yards

So who was covering up the holes in your back?
 That looks like little tape spots to cover holes in targets. Someone missed the partial ones and decided you needed perforating?
