Our local range had a Mother's Day contest this weekend. All of the ladies who visited the range this weekend were invited to shoot six shots with a 22LR revolver at 30 feet. Closest to the bullseye wins.

My wife got the call today to come down and get her Grand Prize - A Ruger Single Six .32 H&R Magnum with Pearl Grips. Time to go for a little cowgirl action!

She regularly punches the center of the target out with her 9mm, and I'm damned proud of her. When I read about all of the guys who have to "hide" their latest purchase from their wifes, it just lets me know what I lucky guy I am.
