Updated storm pics

I have had a few PMs asking to see more pictures of the Storm.

Originally bought it a few weeks back, got it for $630 which came with:
CX4 storm in .40S&W
top, side and bottom rails
Vertical grip
Hard case
and the fancy "beretta cx4 storm" engraved sling

Have added since
EOtech 552- $230 (work at L3, they give a nice employee discount, but we can only get 1 a year)
Streamlight TRL-1- $110
Moerse lekker barrel shroud- $42
PX4 conversion (nice to have mags that hold 17rds)- $33

For the total of $1045. I still prefure to use this as the go-to HD weapon. I have commented on several posts about this due to the smaller size/ less weight, next to no recoil, increased ammo capacity, easier and faster reloads (just slip in another mag), Nice crisp trigger from the factory. No play and little reset (just a little stiff, guess you cant have perfect in something) and it just feels better to hold and shoot. I have easily 1000 rounds thru it and not a hic-up.

Now for the pictures

Even with all the added stuff, it still fits the "beretta" hard case.

And if you have ever had the opppertunity to pull apart a M2 .50BMG machine gun, you might get this next picture. The bolt for the storm is more than 1/2 the gun. Similar to the M2

Just thought I would post a few pictures to answer a few PMs and emails and to show update on the project. Thinking about starting somthing similar in .45ACP this next payday. Some may not like this comment but this is my favorite gun. Still need to decide on BUIS to call it complete.

I love my 9mm Storm with an Eotech and laser. I can easily see how it can be your favorite weapon. It is a sweet shooter, very comfortable, and easy to maintain.

Nice. I wonder what the legal requirements would be to add a flash hider or muzzle brake.

It would be completely legal on the Federal side. Your state laws may vary.

Cool. I think the bbl looks unfinished without a flash hider or muzzle brake.

A flash hider would be in violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 922(r)(Federal Law). A brake would be fine but needs to be welded on.

Yes you are correct. I recently read that on the beretta forum. I guess I'd have to have one custom made. Some one said brownells sells a muzzle brake. Couldn't find it though.
