Targets at 25 yds.
A very short trip to the range today only let me put 20 rounds through my XD .45 ACP Compact. But I produced these results at 25 yds. 10 rounds per target.

My trip to the range was mostly due to me and a friend going to pick up his Sig Mosquito. He wanted to give it a shot, packing grease and all, and could not get the 22. long rifle rounds to fire. Of course he wouldn't let me touch it. Terribly upset he wanted to leave and as we are paying the guy behind the counter says, "Mind if I give it a try." He hands it over and 10 seconds later, BANG...BANG!! He had the safety on. His response was, "Well the hammer dropped. How can the hammer drop with the safety on?" "..." These are my friends. After that I said, "Well hey, now we can go shoot some more." But he was too embarrassed. |

Nice, I just bought the XD45 Compact and I haven't taken it out yet
