i gotta ask, because i've been wondering...do you guys sand the grip smooth before application of the grip tape? it doesn't look like it, but then again, it's hard to see through that stuff

Thanks guys. It is a well used pistol with quite a few thousand rounds through it, no problems. It actually looks better in the pic.

As far as the grips. No sanding was done before the application of the tape.

i didn't sand mine either and they both stick great...

Lightbulb You forgot one piece...

I put a piece about 3/8" wide and 3/4" long on the front of the trigger housing. I shoot with my opposite trigger finger on that area and it gives a lot more grip. It's nearly impossible to get your finger to stay put without it.
