Got some free time so here's another comparison pics. The XD9 Subcompact is in Bi-tone. The XD45 Compact is in Black. Some pics might look weird because I took it upside down and rotate it

Good pics, man that XD45 is not much bigger at all, you read the specs but when I see it like that makes me start thinking, so shame on you-hehe.

Before I buy the compact. I've been trying to compare these. Some member did help me out with the picture too. After I've got the compact, to me it's doesn't make difference at all for carry purpose. Grip does feel a tad bit different but overall is pretty much the same. Oh. one main difference is the weight .

MMMMM...

I have 2 XD's. A 9mm SC and a 45 compact. I would buy them all over again. Both very easy to conceal and GREAT shooters.

Little, uneventful seeds planted with no obvious malintent propogating without notice. Communism with a different cloak."

I would have bought the SC in either calibers in a heart beat if the grips would have fit my hands. Its amazing what a 1/4 of an inch will do. Even with the grips on the SC it took me a whole of stairing, thinking, and handling to decide on the 45c because the sc was just over $400 new.
