Well back to the Mystic paint job! Around these parts its called Chameleon paint. But yeah to paint my 97 yukon it was gonna be $8500.00 after labor and all that. The price just depends on how many colors u want in the paint and all that, and a big chunk of the money goes to who sprays it.

That sounds about right! Ive also heard that Bosch ( the mfg of the paint) only made this type specifically for the 96-97 line of cobras and you will NEVER find a like paint on any other car! I have seen mazdas on the rx7 and the VW one on the new beattle but I dont particulary like either of them and they dont have nearly as many colors as the cobra one!

Actually hes talking about the paint that Dupont sells, not your paint. BTW, they only made the Mystic's in 96 and 04

Sorry, I should have been more specific having industry experence ( the 96/97 modle cause ford releases their modles in the middle of the year) and the 04 was not nEARLY as cool

Also, House of Colors makes the paint. And yes its possible to have as many or more than the cobra because manufacturers such as House of Color will specially make the paint to your specs. But u are prollly partially correct, b/c Bosch prolly made that one kind of Mystic paint for the Cobra. But if u asked for a special order it would be possible to get.
