Thanks Dan!!

As you can see my search skills are obviously lacking.

The grip itself doesnt appear to be that much bigger at all, but when looking at the magazines you can really tell the size difference in width.

I've yet to hold any XD and I am hoping that the 45ACP won't be too big in my hand.

Yea justin; I used Photoshop. There's really no set procedure that I use. I just take each image and make many adjustments. Do some dodging and burning and many other things.

I love the detail, contrast and colors that you achieve, but the dodging is extreme and detracts from the overall beauty of the picture.

You seem to dodge the shadows around the gun, and when you look at it, something looks off.

Fantastic work though.

I really like this one, nice work.

Reguarding the .40 vs .45, A buddy of mine has the 45 and me and him went out shooting with my BRAND NEW .40. When I was in the gun store and I handled the 45 it felt bigger in my had but when I had handled his it was the EXACT SAME SIZE. the magazine was bigger and the handle had been hollowed out a lot more but it was still the same handle.

Does anyone know if there has been any change in the grip of the XD's? I am just a little pissed because the .45 I handled WAS bigger than my 40 and that was the reason I bout the 40 because it felt better.

I still love my baby and the difference between the 40 and 45 is not much but when you shoot them back to back you DO notice a little more Zing with the 45.

Jettubby

I love these pics and they have inspired me to get an XD SC, possibly in the same color combo you have.
