johnnybgood babies !!!

posting for my friend john

The XD45C has the Robar NP3 Norton Special along with a Competition Trigger Job set at 4.5# and runs smooth as silk. I also had them round off the trigger guard and I think it looks great and I added the AGRIP grip as well. All In all it's like a brand new firearm. The XD40SC has a Hard Chrome Slide done by Tripp's and a Combat Carry Trigger Job set at 4# done by Daniel at PRP and this baby is awesome as well. It also sports the AGRIP grip. The XD45C has TRU-GLO TFO night Sights and the XD40SC has Trijicon Night Sights. In the future I intend to send the lower half of the XD40SC to Robar to have all the metal parts done with NP3 and the trigger guard rounded off as well.

Looks good! I think that's the first time I've seen hard chrome right next to stainless steel, kinda nice to compare the two of them. Trigger jobs on XDs make all the difference in the world. Enjoy!

I like the darker Satin Grey finish of the NP3 compared to the brihgter look of the Hard Chrome however either would be an excellent choice as far as durabiliy and rust resistance is concerned. #1 on thr trigger job for the XDs, it makes a world of difference. At least for me it did. I highly recommend the Robar NP3. If Hard Chrome is what your looking for I wouldn't know who to recommend since Tripp's is no longer providing the service. The AGRIP was a big improvement over the former set-up of having the decale grip with the Pachmayer slip-on over it.
