Here's a pic of my Glock 17 taken down to a 19 grip, then stippled. I also sanded down the trigger guard a tad where my strong hand middle finger rests, but it can't be seen in this pic.
I'll try and get more pics today if I ever get around to putting some pants on...

Yep, you get the offiical Polymerhead seal of approval. Nice work on taking the leap on the grip chop and the stippling job. I love to see a real dedicated carry piece.

It looks a lot better in person...if the sun comes out tomorrow I'll take better pics of different angles.
I'll also be cutting off the slide lock lever. Just enough so that my thumb doesn't hit it while firing, but still just a small nub so I can engage it manually if I need to.
While it looks like hell, it's a DREAM to hold onto. EVERYONE should stipple their guns...unless they're Spiderman or something...you could coat this thing in KY jelly and it'd still be grippy.
I dunno...couple days I guess. I probably could've done it in a single day if I tried.
Cutting the grip was easy, it's a straight line chop. Then sand it down until the mags fit. I also ground down the finger grooves almost completely off. I'm still not done with the magwell yet, that's VERY hard to do due to the small area I'm working with. Stippling is easy and doesn't take long at all.
