lawsuit for foulballs...

If the baseball diamond was there first I would tell the plaintiff to pound sand up his keister. If he was there first I would order the owners of the diamond to put up netting an pay the complainers nothing.

In either case, they should make improvements to the diamond, the actions that originate in one property should not affect other properties.

If the ballfield was there first they have the option but NO requirement to do anything. If the homeowner moved in after the diamond was built he is of the same stupidity that buys a house near an airport then complains.
