Tonight, you pukes will sleep with your rifles. You will give your rifle a girl's name because this is the only ***** you people are going to get. Your days of finger-banging ol' Mary-Jane Rottencrotch through her pretty pink panties are over! You're married to this piece. This weapon of iron and wood. And you will be faithful. Port, hut!
And AirForceAce, my range is in Newport News, but you're more than welcome to come on down and shoot whatever ammo you bring!

Nice!

The newer Minis with the thicker barrels and better sights are ten times better than the older ones. The new Ruger factory 20rd mags are also really nice to see again.

I am still rocking Dad's 1976 made Mini-14 with its walnut handguard and factory 20rd mag. Its not the most accurate rifle but its totally reliable and fun to shoot.

I may not be a fan of mini's bad experience with them jamming but man thoses are some beauty's. P.S. birth is a wondeful thing if only we could have guns from our girls and wives instead of children =)

Thats odd, because one of the Mini's shining attributes is the fact that it is very reliable.

My cousin bought one of the new thicker barreled Mini-14s and we benched it at 100yds and consistently got 2-4" groups with cheapo WWB 223 and Wolf steel case 223. Honestly, thats about what most "entry" level ARs do at that distance with ammo like that.

Hey, I am just glad that Ruger came back out with factory 20rd mags. My 1976 original 20 rounder was on its third mag spring and looking really ratty!

Weird thing is that Ruger SAYS that the new factory 20rd mags are not for the early 180 series Minis like mine. Somebody forgot to tell mine because the new mags work 100% in the old thing! LOL

I just picked up my Mini this week...got it at a price that I couldn't refuse. For now, its the closes I'll get to an M1A..lol Its gonna get a new paint job (duracoat), a new upper guard or rail system and an optic. I just added the SOCOM Accu-strut, should approve the accuracy a bit and just makes it look better in my opinion.
