556 SBR Folding Stock

I'm thinking of making my 556 pistol an SBR. I noticed Sig discontinued the folding stock upgrade kit. Before I sent the paperwork in, how difficult will it be to do this now?

You might want to post this in the NFA section for more responses.

Why? He's just asking about a folding stock. They fit on any rifle or shotgun, not just SBRs.

ackks - here's an option: Ace Sig 556 folding stock.

Perfect! Thank you so much! I wasn't sure what options I would have since they discontinued their factory one.

The ACE is probably the best option right now. Colorado Gun sales has one but it is over $400. Here is the link but I am not sure of the folder is worth that price. Most of their stuff is imported from Switzerland and are Swiss SIG parts.

It's a shame that one part is so much money because I'd love to have a factory Sig stock on it (also a shame the ACE mechanism wouldn't work with it) . So, if I buy the SIG 556 M4M Folding Stock Set from the link nalioth posted, can I put my CTR stock on it?
