My humble try. Picked these guys up last week. The bottom is a Marlin 336SDG, 16", 30-30, 5 shot, one of 500 made in this configuration via davidsons.
Top is a 1895SBL, 18", 45-70, 6 shot, large loop and rail. It will get a Leupold 1.75x6 VX3 scope in the near future.

Funny story is that I bought the 336 on gunbroker and contacted a local shop to FFL it for me. When I got the call (Tuesday) to pick it up and I was doing the paperwork, I just happened to glance up and see the large loop about 4 firearms back on the row, asked if it was the 1895SBL, dealer said yup and that he was thinking about picking it up himself. I asked if he would mind if I got it, he said nope feel free since he was still deciding. Ended up having to do additional paperwork. Then on Friday I was in there picking up some 45-70 and 454 Casull ammo. Just for S&Gs I swing by the counter looking at what they have, guy approaches me and asks if I am looking for something in particular, I said I would really like a 454 lever and was curious the odds that they had a puma 92 454Casull or could get one. He said that they were no longer being made and that they are drying up on the market (search gunbroker for confirmation), I said go figure and we chatted a second, just then some guy came up and said "we have one in back, been there for a year or two" the older guy helping me questioned him and said no there is not, the younger runs off and returns with one, we both looked at him like a god... so I put $200 down and will pay the remainder $220 Thursday to pick up... I almost bet the older gentleman bought the young guy lunch. It WAS an expensive week, but I am HAPPY with the turn out... Still want something like a Mares Leg, but that can wait.

Will update the photo when I get the 454 Thursday during lunch.

Not mine, but I got one as a kid. I'm thinking of getting a pink one for my daughter. I put a LOT of steel into the side of my dad's garage. (

PS: I still haven't seen that movie all the way through. I didn't even know about it when I got my RR.

PPS: I realize that this isn't a "true" lever gun. But it was MY lever gun.
