FIXED:
I started by testing the magazines with the grips and slide removed, and it clearly bound at the upper 1/2 inch. I looked and discovered that the sear spring was in backwards and maybe 1mm of the spring was causing the bind. I put it in correctly and now my mags launch! Thanks for the suggestions guys!
