Hi guys I visited one of the gunshop yesterday and i saw a Colt woodsman that's on consignment so i decided to have a look and investigate and you guys know the ending to this

she will be mine thursday :appld: .The owner is getting his order tomorrow and he will bring the mags for the woodsman too..It has all the original paper work and box, the pistol is in very good condition with s little fading on the rear slide but its no biggie ,it feels very balance when i was petting it, I will probably trade my ruger 22/45 competion target to afford it..here is a similar woodsman i found online, only difference is mine comes with a different wood grips..serial # is 037xxxs its called the sport model ..

If you don't mind me asking how much was it? I have been looking for one for sale at a decent price for 10 years or so. That is one of the finist pistols ever made. Enjoy and you did good!!

Saw the first pic you posted and thought............ahhhh.......so so. Don't know a lot about them but that first pic didn't impress me too much.

Then I saw the photos of yours. Damn.........I want one!

Looks really nice. All the little scrapes and dings just gives it character! I bet if you polished up those grips it would look awesome!

Don't know what you paid for it but I don't think it really matters.

Did I say that I want one? Gawd.........I Hate you!

Congrats on the Woodsman! Looks like a keeper. Those are very collectible and highly sought after by Colt collectors. Most that get them, keep them. I like it!
