Anyone using a Tapco 6 position stock on their 10-22?

I was wondering if anyone has one of Tapco's 6 -position AR-styled composite stocks on their Ruger 10-22?

How do you like it? Is is solid and a quality piece? Any problems? is is comfortable to shoot? How about fit...did it really "drop in" or did you have to do some fitting?

I am seriously thinking about putting one of these on my daughter's stainless 10-22, because we now have several different sized kids that want to shoot with her. An adjustable stock like that sure would make it easy for just about everyone to shoot comfortably. We currently have the factory black composite Ruger stock which fits some of us but not everyone and we also plan on keeping the thinner barrel as the bull barrel 10-22s have too much up-front weight for younger shooters to hold or carry.

(This is NOT a target 10-22 but a knock around plinker for kids that gets carried in the bad weather and on an ATV quite a bit. We don't plan on mounting a scope and the only other mod has been the use of hi-cap mags and a smoothing of the trigger components.)

I have seen and handled the Fiberforce and other aftermarket 10-22 stocks and some are really rough and low quality. The Tapco stock looks to be pretty nice and runs about 100 bucks or so. All of Tapco's stuff looks pretty top notch but I have never owned any of their stuff.

Any advice or warnings would be appreciated. I really like the way it looks and the adjustability would be really nice.

Thanks!

I just put one together for my brother-inlaw. Good looking piece, took about 30 mins to get it together. Couldn't find a socket extension to attach the pistol grip. Other than that drop in and tighten up.
