Where to buy Lifeact spray
I've been looking to get some Lifeact pepper spray (for myself and the gf), and I was wondering if anybody knows a cheap place to get it at online, or if a gun show would be a good place to get some. I live in Houston, TX also if anybody knows any local places with good prices...

Personally I would buy conventional pepper spray (Fox or Sabre Red) in a stream configuration.
With Lifeact you get two bursts (chances) to hit them in their face. With a spray you can just hose the bastard down until you get it in their face.

The LifeAct is not a pressurized cannister and has no propellant gasses that can leak or change how they work depending upon temperature. Heat increases pressure with conventional propellants while cold temperatures reduce their effectiveness. Conventional propellants sometimes require that the can be held upright while this is not a concern with the LifeAct. Pulling the trigger fires a small charge that pushes a piston forward expelling the 6 ml of OC through the sealed nozzle at 90 mph. This means that the effective range is dramatically increased (from 6-7 feet with conventional OC sprays to 13-15 feet with the LifeAct) and reduces the possibility of OC blowback contamination to the person using it. The LifeAct Guardian Angel unit is not reloadable, but if you use it in a self-defense situation, just send a copy of the police report to Kimber and they will replace your LifeAct for free. Also of interest to me, the LifeAct is about the size of a folded cellphone and fits nicely in many cellphone belt carriers.

I think $40 is the regular price (MSRP).
There are a few on ebay for around $35, but most gun shops in our area have them for a similar price. Are any of the XDTalk sponsors selling the LifeAct? If so, I'd buy from them for their support of the site.
