FNP9-M 9mm
Anyone have any experience with this gun? I am looking at one and would like to know if anyone has one and if they have had any problems with them. The gun comes with 3 15 round mags and for the price I think it might be worth getting. Let me know the good and the bad.
Thanks |

i was just talking to my gun dealer about this gun! from wut ive heard on here, u cant go wrong with FN products! Supposedly there were some problems with the fnp-40 but those have been resolved! And, my dealer saiid the mags were 16+1. either way thats a high cap mag! would make a great range gun and HD gun! i was in the market for a 9mm DA/SA gun and was nmot considering the sig cause its too expensive for me and i dont want a used gun right now! i think im either getting the xd9sc or the fnp-9 next! im leaning towards the sc because i already have a service so i want a more concealable gun! But regardless, there will be a FNP-9 in the future! And may i ask how much u found yours for! my dealer had them for $500 or so! good luck!

The one that I am looking at is the FNP9-M Compact, the price is right around $400 Out The Door. The mags are 15+1....I am pretty sure that it is worth picking up.

I paid $350 for mine last year. I really didn't like the way the pistol shot, so I sold it to a friend. I'd say it's a good value considering you get 3 hi cap mags with the pistol.
For me, the pistol did not come close to the accuracy I get from my XD45 service. |

I shot the 40SW version last summer. Got to run a whole 50rd box of Blazer Brass through the thing.
If the 9mm shoots as nice as the 40....yes...they're a hell of a deal for the money. A very well made, nice feeling gun that seems to be underrated, if you ask me. The 45 seems huge and chunky like the USP45, but the 9 and 40 are of decent size and feel really nice in the hands. Comes with three mags, too. I'd say, if it appeals to you...go for it. I was very impressed with the FNP40 that I borrowed. If I was in the market for a new d/a s/a 9mm...the FNP-9 would be very high on my list. - Brickboy240
