Returning to the dark side....again!

I will be ordering a new Glock 21 SF tomorrow. I'm having Trijicon nitesites installed.

The write up in Guns magazine was pretty favorable...if you get the '3rd generation' with the smaller rail and the one that will take the other 21 magazines.

Let us know how it shoots!

I have no loyalties when it comes to guns.

My every day carry is still my HK P2000 but I will be picking up a Glock 19 very soon. My wife wants an M&P 9mm once the Julie Goloski edition with pink grips comes out, so we'll be picking one of those up for her. When we do, I'll probably sell my XD Tactical 9mm and pick up the forthcoming M&P 9-Pro just so that we'll be able to share mags and accessories.

Like I said, I've got no loyalties. Enjoy your new 21SF!!!

Yes Im thinking about the same thing. Are you gonna get the Glock rail or the picatinny rail?

Pretty good shooters. Soft recoil, and that little bit they shaved off the grip does in fact make a difference.

That might be the ONLY kind of glock that I would want. The 4X6 for a grip is terrible for my small hands.

Frenchy, even though I agree with newKid, I still hope you enjoy it,........just not as much as your XD.

I handled the new 21SF but did not see that the grip was THAT much smaller than the original 21. Hard to beat the Glocks for all out reliability. I admit that though I play with SIGs, XDs, 1911s and others...the one pistol that sits at the ready 24-7 in my house and truck is a Glock 22. I had the grip modified to take the hump out of the back...now it feels like a thick 1911 in my hand. Cool...Glock's reliability without the wierd grip angle.

Have you seen the new 30SF? That looks interesting and would make a great concealed carry piece. The really small Glocks are way too hard to control. I shot the tiny 40 and it was way too snappy and loud for me.

If it fits your hands, the 21SF is far from a bad choice. Its probably the most reliable hi-cap 45 made.
