Want to sell my Ruger 30-06, not sure what to ask for it.
I bought this gun used at a gun show about 10 years ago. I've probably fired it 10 times, it's in damn near perfect condition.
Any ideas on how much I should ask for it will be greatly appreciated.

What model is it?
I might be interested in taking it off your hands! I've really been shopping for a .308, but for the right deal, I could live with the ought six!

A quick search on Gunsamerica.com shows a great differential in prices. There seems to be a ton of them under $500 and a bunch above that as well.

That's the first place I looked. The big differential in pricing is why I brought the question here. I know I have the receipt somewhere around here, just have to start digging!
