Can't wait until tomorrow!

Woo! I can not wait until tomorrow! I spoke with a local gun shop and asked them to order a Smith and Wesson M&P 340 CT from their distributor so I could come buy it on Friday. Well, lucky for me, tomorrow is FRIDAY! Gun store doesn't open until 4:30PM but you better believe I will be standing out there waiting for the door to open. I feel like a kiddo on christmas night.

.357 mag will be a new experience for me but I wanted something that packs a HUGE punch and something I could keep in my pocket. Also, I wanted something that my girlfriend liked and would use and she helped me pick this one out so she will be happy to see it at home, as well. The best part is that if she finds the .357 to be too much she can load it with some .38 +P when its with her. Some other great features on this gun are the 24/7 XS Dot Front Night Sight, the Crimson Trace laser grips, and the fact that it weighs 13oz. without ammo.

Here is a picture of one for those of you who have not seen this gun before:

Thanks guys, I like it just as much as you guys do without seeing it yet! I originally was going to go for a 651 Taurus in Stainless but the weight of that gun is 25 oz. unloaded and it comes with fixed sights and no laser. Sure the price is less than half that of the 340 CT but when I thought long and hard about it I figured it was like this. Either I spend the $350 on the Taurus and get a gun that really doesn't have everything I want, or I spend a bit more and get a gun with everything I could ever want on it.
