Thumbs up Realistic FOF Training (vids) for Knife Defense

After getting your fundamentals down on the square range, then taking it to competition at USPSA/IDPA to work on speed/accuracy under stress, take it to FOF. Guys shooting back and / or charging at you with a knife. Unpredictable, chaotic, much faster and closer than you think.

And you'll find yourself learning a very different mindset/perspective and toolset from which to draw from.

Just make sure that you get your advanced training from a realistic perspective against live opponents, not against some make believe mechanical setup/props.

Here is an example of unrealistic training vs. knife attack:
YouTube - Modern Technique Macarana

Much more realistic FOF training vs. knife attack:
YouTube - DLO 2 Trailer

Guess which one I'm recommending?

Those are some great examples of two radically different styles of training. Thanks for sharing!

And I think I know which one you are going to recommend!
