Here is my experience with this company:
1: I placed an order on 3/8/08
2: Over the next 10 days, I asked 3 times if the order would ship.
3: I received no reply until the day the order shipped, 10 days later. The order arrived 16 days after the order was placed.
4: When the order arrived, it was not complete. The packing was in perfect condition, it did not loose any of the content as best I could tell, if it did, it happened before it arrived at my home and was perfectly repacked again.
5: I sent an e-mail to the company asking if they would finish the order. Here is the reply I got from them:
"Phil I just checked your order. You did order two, and that is exactly
what I sent you. I pack all of my orders myself. I have a check-off system that I go by so this sort of thing dose not happen. I then weigh each package to make sure everything is in the package. I do not know what happen to the other insert, but when it left here it was in there.
Please check your package again. Thanks,
Pat@tommysgunpack.com"
6: I considered the reply rude and again asked if he would ship the remainder of the order and told him I felt he was rude.
7: I also informed him that if he could not fill the order, I would return it for a refund.
8: His reply to me is as follows:
"We don't give refunds. Thanks again, God Bless, and still have a great
evening,
Pat@tommysgunpack.com"
9: In a subsequent phone call, Pat told me he never makes mistakes in packing orders, he stated "I never make mistakes," and that someone at my home most have removed the item. He used the term liar in regard to my claim that the order was incomplete.
10: In looking at his site trying to check my order details, I found I had been removed from his store order status log.
11: His return policy states "Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding our return policy."
12: The Terms and Conditions page says nothing about refund policies. That of course is my mistake for not reading more before ordering.
13: The Terms and Conditions pages also states "This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied" Again, my mistake in making an assumption.
14: During the phone conversation, I was told that he has so much business that he does not need my business and that I can't hurt him. This may be true, but at least I can warn my fellow gun owners.
